Just a cut above its cheapest models, the Lexmark Z605 Color Inkjet
Printer is ideal for the low-volume home user. Along with accepting
myriad media types and sizes, the Z605 Color Inkjet is also designed
to print pictures. Expect up to 2,400 x 1,200 dpi black resolution
and up to 4,800 x 1,200 dpi color. Quality print jobs print at a rate of 10 pages
per minute in black and 3 pages per minute in color. Printing is done with a #26 tri-color print cartridge and a #16 black print cartridge. Expect printer cartridge replacements to quickly add up to more than the cost of the printer. The Z605 Printer utilizes Accu-Feed
technology to cut down on paper jams, maximizing print quality and speed. Though the Lexmark Z605 Color Inkjet Printer claims a 2,000-page per month duty cycle, remember that it's best for low-volume output when deciding if the Z605 will make a good addition to your family.
